05/18/2022 ******* quoted me on a new air conditioning unit install. Labor and taxes and filing fee it was 5,903. Two days after install the air conditioner was not cooling. Come to find out one of the lines had not been saudered on the bottom and leaked all of the Freon out. They came and fixed that. Then the drain line that had been run was leaking and caused some water damage to the ceiling. Then the air conditioner started making an awful racket. They have been here several times in 2022 after install stating that nothing was wrong. Have been here several times this year and claim nothing is wrong. Installed a new thermostat the last time and stated that was the problem. Told me that they would not charge labor but only for the part. They charged me $150 for a $40 thermostat. The air conditioner to date still makes the racket that we are complaining about. The techs that come to look say there is something wrong and could be the compressor, the salesman says opposite. We spent a lot of money on this and they refuse to fix it after numerous complaints. Also quoted a 10yr parts warranty and 2yr labor warranty.

we installed a new central air conditioner with indoor coil on 5-16-22 on or about 5-19-22 we received a call stating the unit was not cooling upon inspection we found we had a leak on the outdoor unit from instillation we fixed the leak and did not charge the customer, on 5-25-22 we received a call of water leaking from the unit upon inspection we determined that the main sewer vent had a restriction and required a plumber we did charge $75 for that service call do to the fact the problem was not the fault of the new system, we had over 2 hours on this call and felt our rate was reasonable, on or about 6-29-23 we received a call and a video which we could not make out of the system being very loud and coming on and off rapidly, we sent a service man out and he diagnosed a bad thermostat (please note old thermostat was used on the new system) upon changing the thermostat the unit began operating properly we charged the customer $125 for a new thermostat once again we felt our rate was reasonable. customer has said the unit is very noisy we have stopped by 8-10 times randomly (with customers approval) and have not one time been able to verify the sounds they are hearing we are more than happy to fix any problems but we must first be able to find a problem  and as of today 8-22-23 we have not verified a problem

My furnace quit working on 11/22/17 Peters came and I spoke to **************************** advised that could bypass hall area for heat to work in rest of house & cost around $500. I told him I wanted to know what costs would be to replace broken area in hallway so could have heat and cost for new furnace so then I could make educated decision on best route to go. He was going to get back to me on other ********* was adamant that depending on those costs I would make decision. They came back on morning of 11/27/17 I again told them that I wanted to know the costs of new furnace or replacing area before deciding what to do. I had to go onto work & they were to get back ahold of me before doing anything. I also called office that morning & stated same thing that I didn't want work done till I knew costs & could decide which of the 3 ways I wanted to go. I made sure I was very clear on this. Then I get call later in day they ended up going on & doing the work bypassing hall leaving no heat in the hallway. I was extremely upset as I didn't even get choice what to do, I had no heat in hallway, and now was supposed to pay $500 for work I didnt authorize. I called ***** and told him I was not happy. Then bill came for $1727.19. I contacted the owner/head manager who was rude & out & out lied. I told him ***** knew what he told me of the $500 & knew I didn't authorize the work. The office knew I was waiting for pricing before deciding what to do & they just went ahead & did the work bypassing heat in hall. The owner/head manager ended up taking off $314.19 & threatened me if I didn't pay rest they were sending me to collections. I was scared to go to collections as I had no debts, so I paid it. I didn't know about BBB or I would have filed complaint a long time ago. When you are being threatened and you think you have no options you try to make best decision but they owe me the money back. I honestly shouldn't have paid for anything because I never once authorized the work!

On Wednesday, November 26, 2021 I came home and found my water heater leaking water. I called Peters Heating and Cooling because they put the water heater and the furnace in brand new on February 1, 2021. The secretary was very rude to me because I asked to have someone come out and look at the water heater. She said they no longer deal with water heaters. I said so you will not back your products or warranty them? She then transferred me to *****. I talked with ***** and texted him pictures of the water heater. He texted back saying he would send someone right out to look at it. Two workers arrived shortly later on Wednesday. They looked at the water heater and the furnace. The man told me that the pressure tank was not working and that he would order parts and he would be back on Monday, November 29th. He asked me what time I could be home. I told him 4:30. I left work early on Monday, November 29th so I would make sure I was home. I waited around and no one showed up or called me. I talked to my husband later that evening. He said Peters Heating and Cooling called him after 3:30 that day and told him that we needed to hire a plumber because they don't fix water heaters. So, bottom line is they will not warranty their products that is less than a year old and we did not get the parts to fix it.

      ****,

This past year our plumber passed away in a vehicle accident.  We no longer have anyone on staff who is a licensed plumber.  I will forward this note on to ***** Peters again to see what we need to do to rectify this situation and get the correct parts.

      Thanks

      **** Peters
