            Paid $1095 for dental work, bill submitted to insurance, insurance paid based off contract. I am now being charged (not recieving proper refund) more than they are contractually allowed to charge me. I am owed $455 past what I have currently been refunded and when I called to work this out without filling a grievence with the insurance company the billing department has been very rude. I will be filling a grievence with the insurance company.

            QMG is the worst and if you can go somewhere else, go there & save yourself the stress. Their billing department is some of the rudest, most disrespectful people I've ever spoken to. I don't know how these people keep their jobs as rude as they are. I've had people in their billing department tell me that they can bill it any way they want to, and I've also had them refuse to submit my claims to my insurance even though they're contracted provider. When my election. Comes up with my employer we're completely changing to the *** just so that we do not have to deal with this Medical Group anymore
