BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging failure to start or finish a project, failure to provide a refund, failure to contact consumers and poor customer service.

            He drilled a hole straight through my house and through my electrical walls and didn&#**;t even hook up my doorbells to them. He threw the old doorbells on the ground and left them there. He drilled 3 more holes and mounted 3 cameras and never hooked them out. He drilled great big holes in my garage. He was supposed to hook up a motion sensor camera and never did any of this. He has over $2,000 of my money for the job. His work is bad and never did finish the job, never hooked it up and changed the computer code and I couldn&#**;t get access to my computer. I got another security system hooked up in my house.

            No instruction on how to use our equipment. Will not answer text or phone calls after he gets your money.Useless equipment for home security.No service after the sale!!
