I have a 2010 model GMC akadia vehicle, my vehicle is broken. I went to the workplace I mentioned 1 month ago to diagnose.And I received my vehicle on 04/10/2023.They just said that my vehicle's engine was faulty and the engine needed to be changed, and they replaced the engine. After I bought the vehicle, I saw that the engine light was on and I went there again and when I connected it to the computer, I saw that the exhaust system of the vehicle, namely the catalytic system, had been removed.I had no such problem with my vehicle. They dismantled it on their own I told the company. I said I want you to change it. Put it back in my original part. Then I showed my car to the appraiser at another workshop. They said they disassembled and sold these parts and welded the straight pipes there. Such a thing is forbidden and this company knows it.I lifted my car on the lift and next to it I asked why you changed these parts. You didn't ask me and I don't know. Why did you do such a thing? they are not answering. And they don't want to replace my original parts. Why are you doing something like this without my knowledge and you know it's a crime. Why are you boiling a straight pipe here if it's a crime? I said I would complain to the company. they say meat to whomever you give. And the names of these parts on the receipt they gave me are not on my invoice in any way. It doesn't even say it's changed. I also have videos of changing them. I learned that the crystals inside these pieces are valuable and they sell it. Since they did such a thing without my knowledge and did illegal illegal work, I request them to put my original parts back. They think people are stupid. And my car is polluting and smelling right now and I don't want to get in my car.And I don't think I have the right to pollute nature for such a crime. Please, I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible and my vehicle to be used as it was in its old days. They charg$2000 forthis vehicle.
