          Between the dates of October 10, 2022 and October 20, 2022 BBB received three complaints filed on  owner John Litchfield of John Litchfield Concrete Co, located at 434 E Campbell Ave., Rantoul IL 61866. Complaints allege that the company either took money and never started the job, took money and only did part of the job, or took money and did the job which did not pass code inspection. 

          BBB reached out to the company via email, USPS and phone and were unable to speak with the company regarding concerns related to their business practices.

          BBB received returned mail noted the letters was unable to delivered due to insufficient address. Google maps of the location showed the location was not a store front but appeared to be residential. 

          All three complaints have been closed as no response from the company. As of February 2, 2023 BBB has been unable to reach the principal.
