            As of September 20, 2021 BBB has received seven complaints and two negative reportable reviews for Princeton Moving & Storage, LLC.  The company was incorporated through the Illinois Secretary of State with the corporate manager listed as Gilbert Benedict. Mr. Benedict has also been named in complaints to BBB. 
             BBB received the first complaint against this company on May 27, 2021.  Complaints and reviews allege consumers hired and paid for moving services through several different brokers to provide moving services and these services were outsourced to Princeton Moving and Storage, LLC, who was also paid by them. According to complainants, their belongings were never delivered by the company. 
             Complaints and reviews were sent to the company via USPS to 311 Marco Dr. Rantoul, IL 61866, the address listed on the Illinois Secretary of State Corporation filing, and 1711 W University Ave. Champaign, IL 61821, which was provided by consumers. Returned mail was received back to BBB as, "not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward." BBB called the company at (773) 359-3477 which is disconnected and (773) 516-1112 that goes straight to voicemail and no voice mailbox has been set up. 

            As of September 20, 2021 the company is registered through FMCSA  US DOT: 3494931.             Princeton Moving and Storage, ******* ********, along with three other crew members, picked up my household goods, artwork, computer, TV, printer, Etc on August 5th 2021 in Santa Fe New Mexico for delivery to Fort Mill South Carolina. It has been 4 months and telephone calls and texting and the shipment has not been located or delivered, although I have offered to rent a ****** and come pick it up or it can be delivered back to Santa Fe New Mexico where I relocated or to Fort Mill, my sister home, the original destination. Princeton Moving and Storage cannot tell me where the shipment is located and I fear it has been lost or stolen.

            You've got to be kidding me! An F rating is more like it. GB and his cohorts collect people's household goods under the pretense of delivering to your new home. What they actually do it put it in storage units, not pay rent, get a percentage cut once the unit goes up for Auction. I've been waiting over 160 days for delivery they said would take 21 days. The BBB needs to adjust this rating to an accurate rating to PROTECT CONSUMERS, not lead them into a scam.
