You've got to be kidding me! An F rating is more like it. GB and his cohorts collect people's household goods under the pretense of delivering to your new home. What they actually do it put it in storage units, not pay rent, get a percentage cut once the unit goes up for Auction. I've been waiting over 160 days for delivery they said would take 21 days. The BBB needs to adjust this rating to an accurate rating to PROTECT CONSUMERS, not lead them into a scam.

I find it very hard to believe that Princeton now has a B- rating after going from a D to an F in the last few months. Who did they pay off? I moderate a ******** page dedicated to helping people that have been victimized by this company and it's owner, Gilbert Benedict. We have over 40 members who have found us and countless others I am sure are out there. Their business model is to pick up peoples belongs along with a payment ranging from a few hundred dollars to thousands. They then place the stuff in a storage unit and go pick up some more stuff and money from someone else. After a while they pack up a truck and send it with a driver cross country to supposedly deliver, but wait, they usually call before and ask no demand more money due to "unforeseen" expenses. If they do deliver their are usually missing and damaged items. Then it is back home to pick up more stuff and put it all in storage. On quick inspection this looks like a valid business plan, however for every person's stuff that they deliver, easily 10 to 15 others still sit in storage units. So, they pick up from 10 families and deliver to 1 or 2. Then pick up another 10 and deliver another 2. The storage costs continue to accrue and eventually the units go up for auction for non payment. Gilbert will not tell the owners where the stuff is located so that the owners can recover their stuff and then it is GONE! Gilbert was recently arrested in ***** for not showing up in court for a previous felony arrest. I can provide you with at least 7 police case numbers and proof that the FBI is also involved. If people hire Princeton based on your B rating, that is a real problem. Check out the 2 ******** groups: Princeton Moving and Storage ********* ** Complaints Forum and Princeton Moving and Storage Complaints Forum. The second is a private group and contains a wealth of knowledge.

I too was scammed by Moving Pros from **** **** ****** ** and Princeton Moving. This is my statement I'm sending to the ******** Police Department. Apparently, FBI is starting to get involved. I contracted with ****** **** in **** **** ****** ******* on/or about February 23, 2021. The "estimate" was more than doubled on March 1, 2021, as I included a better estimate of the items (only adding a handful of things, but the price doubled anyway). ****** **** (Josh W***** and Robert S****, the guys that presented the contracts and doubled the price) knew that I was in a time crunch to have my items moved to ***** and had to agree to their unscrupulous price gouging. My family and I left **** ****** on March 1, 2021 to drive to *****. My neighbor agreed to meet the movers to watch them pick up my items. He texted me during the loading of my items and he said they seemed "shady". My items were picked up by Fahim K******i (and possibly Hanif P****) on I believe March 4, 2021. After several months and no real responses by either ** ****** **** or Princeton, they texted me and said that they put my stuff in storage in ******** and also reported via text, most of it was auctioned off. I did recover a few of my items on my second trip with the help of a ******** police warrant. I am still missing about 95% of my items. My items were to be in *** ********** ***** within 21 business days from the pickup date. ****** **** offered basically no assistance in locating my items, said that they could not get in contact with them and gave me Princeton's number to call. I also believe that the name of the company(s) they are associated with is Princeton Moving, based in ******* ** and *** **** *** **, Their boss's name is Gilbert Benedict. In a conversation with ****** ****, they reached out to "Gilbert" and he said all of my items were still in storage in ********. A person "David" that bought one of the storage units brought me a few of my personal items on my second trip on, I believe July 1, 2021, to ********, that he could not sell. He never told me that he had additional items of mine that he was selling. I searched and found my guitar that I've had since 1978 on **** for sale. He sold my guitar on **** even after I asked him not to. I currently am awaiting to hear from the ******* moving company on where this all stands. I'm getting nothing from Gilbert, who I text most every day. ******** Police are currently involved and the FBI is also been contacted.
