I (********************) am a homeowner. I had a problem with my furnace on Feb. 12th 2023. Everything Mechanical was found online. ***************** came out to look at my furnace on Feb. 12th 2023. He said I needed a new furnace, I told him I have to think about it first. On Feb. 13th 2023 ***************** contacted me at work and said I could get a great deal on a furnace but I would have to do it right away. I ordered the furnace he suggested. Since I was at work, *********************** (Family Member who resides at same address) wrote a check in the amount of ******* on that same day ( Feb. 13th 2023)to get the good deal ***************** spoke of. On Feb. 15th 2023, the check cleared the Bank. Here is my official complaint: I never saw ***************** again, he has bought time by missing scheduled appointments, dodging me, breaking promises, double talking and will not give me a refund of *******. ***************** never rendered any services, I never physically saw him again other than the initial visit on Feb. 12th 2023 to say I needed a new furnaces in which he was given ****** cash (I am not wanting the ****** back at all) at least he came out and looked at the Furnace.Also worth mentioning: I have come to find out I do not need a new furnace at all. The problem was my burners needed to be scraped/cleaned with new orifices. $222.00 is all it cost from a different company.Business response
