              I have been awaiting a refund since 10/16/21. I purchased 3 items from Spirit Halloween and only received 1 item. They ent an email that I would be refunded back to the card, but nothing ha happened. I spoke with them 03/09 and finally got an associate that told me that there was an issue with their finances and that I would not be refunded for another month. I have never in my life dealt with a company that has not refunded the customer if they have not received the item. 6 months has passed with no result.
