He even agreed to meet with the seller’s to better try to understand one issue and was able to resolve the issue with the seller providing proof and documentation allowing us to have comfort in knowing that the home was a safe investment for our future. *********************** (Builders home inspection) missed out on a huge HVAC/AC problem. We had to change the entire system in less than a month of moving in and that was 11 grand out of pocket! He even missed out on plumbing issues.Even funnier, he reported the roof as 15y old, while actually it was changed a year ago. The seller got irked and the deal was almost falling apart because of ****** wrong report. They had to produce invoices, warranty certificates, etc. to prove their point, as **** was adamant that it's an old roof. **** was suggested by our realtor. We like our realtor but clearly want to stay away from him for our future purchases.

**** was excellent and I will be referring him to my realtor as a valued resource!
