    A recent review of BBB complaints has delineated a pattern of consumer allegations against Reliable Management Co. Inc.

    In their complaints, consumers allege that:

    They informed the company of multiple issues in their unit or complex multiple times, and the company failed to respond or address those issues.

    Security deposits were not returned after having followed the appropriate measures and steps to move out or after deciding not to move in at all.

    To date we have not heard back from the company regarding the pattern of consumer allegations. The BBB will continue to monitor complaints, but advises any consumer to be aware of this business and the pattern of consumer allegations.

      To whom it may concern: My wife and I live at ***************************************** for 5 years and when we decided to move I gave the office Call Rental Property and *********** and Called ,Father and. Sons Improvement that we were going to move the Person that answer the phone ***** I spoke with told her a 30day notice she said ok and I would get my Security Deposit back of $1,800 she ask to send a email I did and the she said I would have to wait for 30days ,And this person is not the own the owner I'm not sure I think its **** and I called ***** back she's not the owner said I would not get the Security Deposit back I want some kind of Deposit back , We left the apartment clean. Please help me with this issue .

      We had tenants that lived at ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* & *********************** & ******************************* were named on the lease.   ******** called on or about October 25th, 2023, asking questions about the move out process and we advised him that we require a 30-day written notice. He did not provide a 30-day written notice, he said that he will be moving out in just a couple of days on about November 4th, 2023. We asked him to put it in writing and he sent an email that I have sent with this letter. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office.

      ********************************* called the office multiple times regarding his security deposit return , and every time that he called we told him the same thing , that he did not give the proper 30 day notice.

      I rented a house at **** S ******** and this company manages the property. The first time it rained hard it leaked bad through living room ceiling onto our furniture. We lived there a year and the problem was never fixed. We had to live there with it leaking bad every time it rained. Now we have moved out its been over 45 days and they refuse to return our security deposit. They also never informed us of bank they would be holding security deposit which is against the law. I read reviews about this company and similar complaints listed. I try to contact the company but they ignore my phone calls and emails
