In May ******************* from this realtor came to my home as I was looking to sell it. After looking the house over she asked for and was given the architects drawings / floor plans for my home. After a couple of weeks I felt uncomfortable with her and her lack of communication with me. I did not have a contract with her or the company she represented. On June 3rd I told her through email I would be using another realtor and requested the drawings of my home be returned. By July 6th my drawings still had not been returned to me and I sent another email to her requesting them again . By July 28th I still had not received my drawings and I sent ******************* another email requesting them for the 3rd time. On Tuesday September 13th I called United Country *********** in *********** **. at ************ . I explained the situation to ****** and politely asked for help in getting my property be returned. I also forwarded to her the 3 emails I sent to *******************. Two weeks later I still had not received any response from either ******************* or anyone from United Country ***********. On the 27th of September I called United Country Realty in Mo. No one answered and I left a message. To date no one from that company has reached out to me all . I have been more than patient with them. All I am asking for is my personal property. I also have all the emails I sent .Business response

The blue prints were mailed in a round tube mailing vessel by Priority Mail with both his address to which to be delivered, and my return address if necessary to be returned. I have the receipt from my local post office that I will look into the tracking # for assistance in finding this piece of mail.Customer response

Why was I not told this and given a date this was mailed out ? #2 Why did it take the BBB to get involved to get a response from this company after I made a total of five requests to get my property back that I began asking for on June 3rd ? Why did it take this long to get to this point ?Customer response
