I paid for the project in full when scheduling my installation date. They said they would show up at the beginning of the week and They never showed up. I didnt hear from the owner ****** until noon that day (Monday)saying they wouldnt be there until Wednesday to start everything. Wednesday rolls around and one guy shows up around 10:00 am. While waiting for him to show up the owner says that the installer went to get a trailer to bring over (he never showed up with a trailer). They broke down my shed which was part of the project and didnt pick it up at all that day. These pieces were all over my backyard with nails sticking out and he left his tools all over the backyard. We had to clean all of his tools up and pile things up so the dogs wouldnt get injured. The next day comes and he still doesnt have a trailer and no one showed up at all that day. I was told they never had a trailer at all the day before even though I was told they did. Friday rolls around and they show up (I was originally told this project would be completed in two days) one guy is there for a majority of the day (still doesnt have a trailer to pick the shed up). Starts to frame parts for the concrete. The owner eventually comes with the trailer and hauls away the shed and comes back withh he rock. He was gone for about 3 hours in which this worker did nothing besides be on his phone and talk to a friend for the entire time. I go to talk to them about it not being complete. They say they will be back Saturday to pour concrete. Saturday comes and they dont pour the concrete because the concrete company wont open for a small pour on the weekend. So they say they will be there Monday. Monday rolls around and the guys shows up at 9:30 to supposedly finish framing everything. No concrete in sight. They say they wont pour until 4 pm when they know I have to pick up my dogs at 5pm. They end up pouring earlier and are supposed to provide orange barriers so my dogs dont run on the concrete when they get (which they said they had for Saturdays install) they never had this material. The slab for my shed wasnt completely framed properly because they ran out of boards so the rock they laid down is falling out of the sides and extra concrete seeped out on the bottom. They also left at least 20 screws we had to pickup for the dogs came home that night. They come back the next day saying everything will be picked up and the job will be complete. There was still a piece of machinery that was left along with huge roll of wire that was thrown in my new landscaping in the backyard and additional boards with nails sticking out. I gathered their equipment and the guy came back later that night for everything minus the machine. I told them that it needed to be picked up by the next day at ****. They never showed up. I messaged them again and they told me that someone would be there Friday to get everything. The concrete guy and the owner of the business never showed up. I informed them that it being left in my yard for so long after being said it would be picked up was disrespectful. I said Im not responsible for it if something happens with it sitting in my yard because I had to move it to get into my backyard. Sunday rolls around and the concrete guys shows up again and ask where his machine is. I have no clue it was there when I went to bed in the morning and then gone. Im not sure if the owner came and picked it up or someone else did. Now he is accusing me of stealing this piece of machinery saying it was my fault I didnt watch out after it after I moved it. The owner also is threatening me to repo my concrete because of this whole situation (my bill has been paid in full since this all started) and hes just going to show up and not give me any warning. They also destroyed my front and backyard with the machines after it rained and they said they arent responsible for any of it because its not their fault.

The client reached out to us about a concrete pad to set her new shed on as well as a patio next to her deck. I was asked if we thought we could pour it in time to meet the delivery date of the new shed and I said it could be done and we moved the client to the top of the schedule. The new shed was set to be delivered on the 12th of May and I told her the concrete needed at least 72 hours to cure before anything was set on top so this brought my deadline to May 9th (we poured the concrete May 8th). The client told us she would be off of work the 1st, ************ and wanted us to pour one of those days but didnt tell us why; maybe to keep her dogs inside. We scheduled the concrete for the 6th and told her we would start prepping at some point during the week before. My concrete sub contractor showed up on Wednesday to start tearing down the old shed which was not on the bid but I did it free anyway. The dump trailer we had rented that day to haul away the old shed was given to someone else and we found out when we showed up to get it. The client was unhappy we couldnt haul away the shed that day (again, not a service she paid us for). We did however get it all cleaned up the following day with the trailer and after dumping it I returned with fill gravel. Saturday morning comes and the concrete company calls ** and informs ** of the impending rain and the cancelation. The client is furious that we cant pour in the rain and the concrete supplier did this. We push the pour to Monday and and everything goes smoothly and we have a completed job (I will attach pictures). Once finished we informed the client about the raised pad and that it would need about an inch or 2 of fill dirt around it, to which she told ** she needed to landscape anyway. The reason for the raised pad was relayed to her. The neighbors yard is taller than hers and we needed to have the concrete at his level so the new shed didnt take on any water runoff from his yard. Everyone is on the same page. I informed the client that we would hydro seed her backyard because of the concrete buggy going back and forth and she hasnt replied to us. After all of this, she told us she set our equipment out by the curb after we told her we would be back the following day to get it. My contractor went to get it and it wasnt there which we have filed a police report for.
