They have completely screwed me over and are very unprofessional. The owner texted me instead of calling me. They refuse to help in any sort of way. They had me get unnecessary things done to the car to fix it. Their mechanic even told me the car was unsafe to drive and he couldnt diagnose what was wrong with it. They have been nothing short of difficult to work with. I paid over 3/4ths of the car in my down payment. They act like Ive stolen it. It was having problems shifting and I told the person who sold me the car the day after. The transmission had to be replaced. It now has an oil leak that has been ongoing since they received the car on the lot. The tire blew a couple weeks later, tearing my frame off, breaking my headlight, and messing up the wiring so my turn signal doesnt work anymore. The crankshaft had to be replaced. The cam shaft sensors need replaced. The wheel speed sensors had to be replaced. And it still has 6 dash lights on that their mechanics couldnt diagnose. I drove over an hour to have my car looked at after scheduling an appointment with them. I got there and they told me the mechanic was out sick. And they coke knit reschedule me because they didnt know when hed be back. Ive had nothing but problems and they havent helped me with any of it. They told me to delay payments on it because the transmission had to be replaced and they refused to let me trade the car in or return it, and then expected me to make all those payments the second the car was fixed. Went as far as to report the car stolen because they wouldnt work with me on the payments and wouldnt let me get the car registered until I pay $800 in past payments they told me to delay. Awful dealership. They are nice once you have the money in hand. But they dont care about their customers. And theyve made that very clear.

The owner texted me and told me to come in and sign the title. I did. I had to get a ride from a family member due to the car not even starting. And now theyre claiming its still stolen because I didnt drive the car myself to sign the title. The car that doesnt even start in the morning. I have to have the car jumped to go anywhere. All he said was to come and sign the title. But now I guess its stolen. He blocked my number from being able to text him back. I called the dealership, very frustrated. The receptionist Caiti, was yelling at me on the phone. I called the owners phone number. Went straight to voicemail. The most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with.
