      I received a notice from Skyrise Management today saying that I had 5 days to pay my 4/1/24 rent. I have paid that rent, and I have attached a photo of the receipt of the money order used to pay that rent. I have explained to management, and to the owner, that if they lost the money order, they would have to give me $18 to give to the ***** so they could launch an investigation, and possibly give me a duplicate money order, depending on the results of their investigation (which could take up to 60 days). When I told the owner about the $18, he started pulling cash out. When I told him about the **** investigation, he put his cash away. Tells you everything you need to know right there. I paid my rent. The harassment must stop.

      On 5/23/24 someone came into my apartment and smashed my cable outlet box. This didn't happen by itself. Management knows they must stay out of my apartment. I have included a photo.

      On 5/21/24 I received a letter from Skyrise Apartments management saying I was a month behind on my rent ****** rent). I did pay my April rent by money order, and I have attached my money order receipt.

      I received a letter from my landlord today saying I have 5 days to pay my April rent. I paid my April rent. I have lived here since February of 2018 and have never missed a rent payment, and have always paid my rent by slipping my envelope (with a rent check or money order) into their mail slot. Other tenants do that, too. I have a **** money order receipt, which I will include here, with their letter.

      On the afternoon of 2/8/24, I returned to my apartment at Skyrise Apartments after doing some grocery shopping. I had bought some aluminum foil last week, and I got it out to put some foil in the oven so I could bake a pizza on it. When I opened the container of aluminum foil, I found that it had been slashed. It wasn't like that last week, because I had used it, and it was in perfect condition, afterwards. Someone came into my apartment and slashed the roll of foil several times. Someone with a key did this. I have told management they must stay out of my apartment unless it's an emergency, or if they give me 24 hours notice. They must stay out of my apartment.

      Skyrise staff keep coming into my apartment without any notice. They did so on 10/24/23, and on 10/25/23. They have vandalized my belongings on occasion, and they have been in my apartment WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. I warned the property manager, ****, about this yesterday, and on other occasions. Suffice to say, illegal entry into an apartment, ESPECIALLY while the tenant is sleeping, or is thought to be sleeping, can lead to serious consequences. Skyrise staff must take the tenant lease as serious as the tenants do.

      I live at Skyrise Apartments. The filter on my air conditioner was cracked, and someone who works here did it. I keep my doors locked at all times. Management has been warned to stay out of my apartment. I am demanding $17.95 to cover the cost of a new filter, which I ordered.

      I live at Skyrise Apartments. Management was in my apartment yesterday while I was gone, which is a violation of my lease. That must stop.

      Last night, I stayed up all night and did my laundry at about 2 a.m. I finished up at around 5:30 a.m. I went back to my apartment, put away my laundry, and lied down and fell asleep (which people tend to do after they stay up all night). I was awakened sometimes after 9 a.m. with a pounding in the apartment above mine. The pounding stopped when I got up. I am disabled. This harassment has been going on here for a very long time. Management also enters my apartment without warning, which violates the lease that management had me sign. No renter should have to pay for having an ignorant landlord. They have vandalized my apartment. This must stop.

      Once again, someone was in my apartment when they should not have been. This happened on the night of 6/3/23. Management knows they are breaking the law when they do this. It must stop.
