On June 10, 2024, I contacted this business seeking a wiring harness for an engine wiring harness for a 2008-2010 Hummer H3 Alpha with the 5.3 V8 engine. They stated that they do have one and would sell it to me for somewhere between $200-$300. I asked 2-3 times to confirm that this was indeed the wiring harness I asked for. They confirmed each time that it was. When I received this harness and delivered it to my mechanic, my mechanic stated that it is not the wiring harness that this business had warranted and would require major modifications to work. I texted *********************************, one of the owners, twice on July 1 and July 3. He has not replied to this date. I called the shop on July 1 and spoke to the person who answered their phone about this. I am unsure of his name. He pulled up the record and confirmed the details. When I explained that this was a wiring harness from a different vehicle, he raised his voice and asked "What's the difference?" I explained it to him. He stated he would have to do more investigation and would call me the next day. He never called back. It is obvious at this point that this business did not do proper diligence to ensure that the parts they sell are the correct parts, and that they do not intend to remedy this situation.

I bought the car in cash on February 29th, in less than two weeks the engine blew. I returned the car for them to fix and as of April 13, they still have my car. I was told for the last time the car would be done March 30th and They have stopped returning calls/texts. When I have my father step by to talk to them(on multiple occasions), **** will give a variety of excuses for the car not being done.

I bought a used car engine from this business. They first sent the the wrong part. I called the business and talked to the owner and a man named *****. Both said they would first pick up the incorrect engine from my business and return it so I can get the correct engine. They both said it would take two days to be picked up. It took a week. After the wrong engine was picked up from my business it took three more weeks for the correct engine to arrive at my business. I was highly upset as a customer who spent a ton of money with this business on how unprofessional they were and how they kept lying about the time the engine would arrive to me. At that point I asked for a $300 refund for the horrible customer service. The owner agreed to the refund and said a check would be mailed out to me the next business day. It has now been three weeks after that conversation and I have not received my check in the mail yet. 0 stars customer review.

Our credit card number was provided to ******* at Quality-AutoRecycling.com ******************* ****************, ********, ** *****, *** for the purchase of a vehicle transmission that was promised to have 48k miles on it (shown in screen shot of text). Quality-Auto Recycling then used our credit card to purchase a transmission from All Auto Parts ******************** *************, ********, ** *****. When we received the transmission from All Auto Parts, we ran a vehicle report on the *** on the transmission. The transmission actually had ******* miles on it. (Vehicle History Report attached) We promptly returned the transmission to All Auto Parts because All Auto Parts shipped the item to us and their name appears as the charge on our credit card bill. (Proof of Delivery to All Auto Parts attached) Neither All Auto Parts or Quality Auto Recycling is willing to refund our money. Each claims that the other merchant is responsible for the refund. When I noticed a charge coming out of my account I called to find out what was going on as I didnt authorize anyone to use my card and I got nowhere they continuously hung up is business is a scam. They are illegally taking money from people. I dont know how they got my card number but they need to be shut down I want answers. How do I get my card number? Who are they? Why are they charging me as *** never ordered a car part from them ever in my life and on my statement is specifically states that the card was not present, so how are they getting those details to take money out of my card.

On 04/05/23 we have purchased an engine assembly for $1,500 at the same time we were charged extra $100 for a core which we were told it is going to be picked up and the charged refunded. We have had that core ready for a pick up the next day and we've contacted All Auto Parts many times to no avail. For 2 months now we are being told that they don't have any drivers available and we are not going to see the refund until they will collect the core. They even had the audacity to tell us that we are desperate for money ?!?!?! because we are asking for OUR money back. Now they are avoiding our calls, we are being put on "forever" hold or "accidently" hung up on. We have posted a proper review for this company on ****** and in retaliation they posted unsubstantiated negative review on my page. All we wont is for them to finish the job they got paid for, pick up the core and refund us the $100 core charge.

I purchased a motor costing me $3,350.00 and charged me another $500.00 for the motor core from All Auto Parts on October 06 of 2022 using my credit card which the money was pulled out on that date and core money was pulled out on 10/19/22, with the help of a relative that owns a salvage yard the motor was shipped there. I had a local auto shop work on putting motor in car which was told the motor did not fit in vehicle due to the age of body style. So I had motor returned to All Auto Parts second week of November 2022. ******************************* was the man I had been in contact with that had told me he would refund the money back on my card and has not done so. Within the last month I had called to ask if he had put money back on card which he proceeded to tell me he sent check in mail which i never received , in another attempt to contact him he told me same thing and hung the phone up on me. I'd like to just get my money back without any extra actions but if I have to i've been in contact with my lawyer.

On July ************************* the amount of $2700 on a **** card ending #**** and was told 2 to 3 days shipping. I received engine on July 26 pallet was broken and engine was held on by a thin strap. Many pieces were broken on the engine. I contacted ****** he said to email them the pictures he received the pictures the same day. ****** agreed to have a different engine shipped out another engine. And guaranteed me the second engine would be shipped in July 29. I did not receive any confirmation on the 29th stated that the engine was shipped out so I contacted ****** on July 30. ****** stated he did not know because he was off on the 29th. He then stated it would be sent out August 1 and he would email me with the shipping information. I still did not receive confirmation so I called August 2 and was placed on hold several times. Finally a woman ****** picks up the phone and asked if she could help. I stated ** trying to find out the tracking information about the second engine that was shipped out. She placed me on hold for a while then she come back on the phone stated per management. They needed the first engine back before they can send the second engine out. I stated that is not what ****** originally said he was going to send the second engine out and would pick up the first damaged engine and pick up the core from the original engine at the same time. She stated again the only way that a second engine could be sent out was if I was to give them another amount of the engine, which was $2500. They stated they would not charge me shipping charge interns I did give another $2500 to them on **************** ending #*****. ****** also stated per management when they received the first engine back they would give me a credit back on my card of $2700 and needless to say I still do not have correct engines or my $5200 credited back to my cards. If you need further information I can provide you with emails back-and-forth pick up of engine pick ***
