      Tried to purchase a motor on 11 2223. They stole $3000 for me will not refund it company that supports them will not refund my money either All Auto Parts would not communicate basically failed to do their job and committed fraud. Do not go through All Auto Parts Store, nor anybody that supports them.

      The creatures at All Auto sold me a junk engine, stole my engine core they were suppose to rebuild for me and robbed me of $2400. They processed a fake cc refund in hopes I wouldn't catch it. Everyone at this location is a criminal, especially the clown that goes by the name "*****". "*****" continuously lies and says whatever it takes to buy another day of wasting your time. Drove over an hour to their gross, slimy, rat infested slum to collect my money and engine and they told me to "get lost". These folks belong in jail. Don't give these F.I.B's the time of day.

      would not do any business with this company gave me the wrong trans i returned it they didnt have the right one for me an would not refund the money in ***** credit only of 700 dallors many time i havetried to use the credit but they where un able to find credit or find part when said have credit 30 plus year doing owning an repairing cars never had i ever delt with a joke like this place could never talk to any one in charge or get a return call

      I think your company *****, you sent me an engine that was all ***** and exhaust that was cracked and it was a month late. I then tried to upgrade to a rebuilt engine for an additional ********, but i never got the upgraded engine. Instead all i got was delays in the delivery and then no one would answer my calls , i would be sent to answer machine. They were supposed to pick up orginal engine and send me a rebuilt one. That never happened,please get back to me. I was told i would get a full refund, and that never happened.

      I had a motor purchased from this business in the car I bought for my son. The engine had a misfire in a cylinder and needed to be replaced. Both the shop I took the car to and myself have made numerous calls. We were told they would replace the engine and send it to the shop. We have still not received the engine and the tracking number given us was not valid. I spoke to ***** at All auto parts and was told the engine was shipped. I have not been able to get anyone at the auto yard to answered any of my calls. I am left on hold for 20 minuets and then disconnected. We have had to find another engine as this has been going on for 2 months. This is not a company I would recommend doing business with, this is a business with no regard for the customer. I feel since we are in *********, they feel they can disrespect us and not have any consequences.

      Customer purchased rebuilt engine, our warranty procedure states that the deflective product must be returned prior to the warranty replacement being shipped. This was stated to the customer, since the original purchaser of this particular sale is not ******************* . The original purchaser of the engine is a company in *********, however the engine that was purchased is in fact the one in Mr. ******* vehicle. We do business with companies nation wide, our warranty procedure is the same regardless of the situation. Our company had asked to the company working on Mr. ******* to pull engine out of vehicle in order for us to pick up and send back to our facilities. Customers mechanic refused said they would not take out engine because it would take up stall space . Our warranty procedure is the same regardless, we understand this is an inconvenience for some companies however this is the way our warranty procedure is. Our company is here feel we honor our warranties there is a procedure that has to be followed

      Purchased an engine from ***** and , I live in **************** they are in ******** purchasing a high ticket item from a place that is thousands of miles away at first I was iffy. However ***** made sure that I was kept up to speed with everything that was going on. He called when it left with tracking information and called when it was out for delivery. ! 5 Stars &#*****;&#*****;
