Between March 30, and May 15, 2024, my ***** Silverado Truck was at the shop of ******************* dba Big Tim's Auto in ********, ********. ******************* informed me that the camshaft was broken, and I instructed him to replace the motor. On April 19, 2024, I paid for purchase of a re-built motor through AutoZone. Also on April 19, ******************* received $1000 cash toward removal of the old motor and installation of the new motor. When the old motor was exchanged at AutoZone at ************************************************************************, a core value of $620 was credited to *********************** account. On May 15, I had my truck towed from *********************** garage at ****************************************************************************************. After he told me that he could not that he could not get the replaced engine to fire, he refused to answer my calls requesting my money back. To avoid further frustration for his failure to return the truck to me in running condition, I had the truck towed from **********************************AutoZone receipts in my possession show purchases on his account of $3589.47 (reconditioned motor, crank positioning, engine pressure gauge, spider injector, ignition, and module starter).I question why *******************************, Commercial Specialist at AutoZone, ************************************************************************** credited ******************************* account with $620. This money was owed to me for the value of the motor removed from my ***** truck. ******************* should have paid these funds directly to me.
