We brought my wife's iPhone 13 pro here to get repaired on the week of November 10th, we spent over $300. Had the back glass replaced and all the cameras replaced. With in 2-3 weeks later my wife dropped her phone onto the table (not a far drop, and yes it was her fault). The phone cracked where she dropped it and the opposite of where it was dropped completely shattered and broke apart. As well, the front of the screen partially stopped working. And the cameras are all messed up, will not really focus and is zooming in and out when trying to take a photo.Yes, my wife did drop her phone after having these repairs done. But who hasn't dropped their phones at least a handful of times Never in my life have I had the phone break where it was dropped, on the other end of the phone where it was not dropped, the front bottom of the screen go black and flickering in and out, and the cameras going all haywire. That is just absurd to think a simple drop onto a table top caused all this. The work done to this phone was very subpar, and not up to any standard I would expect when pay Over $300!These repairs where extremely inadequate and subpar. I don't know what this glass is made of that it exploded, broke where it fell ok sure, but the other side just broke everywhere. Seems like all the work they did (had to remove front screen to replace cameras and back glass) was very, very poorly done. How does the front screen and cameras start to go out, as though a wire came loose, from a small drop onto a table top (10 inch drop?) They even admitted that the front screen should be under warranty since there is no damage what so every. But whoever above the manager said they will cover nothing on this phone. Very disappointed with this company's service, and very cheap parts that were used. Very obviously not made to last very long.Again, we understand my wife is at fault for the small drop, but this in unacceptable. Very poor service and parts used seem extremely inadequateCustomer response
