I called for emergency extraction of broken molar. They said come.right in. I left with a 7k dollar plan for ************************* mid-october. Broken tooth untouched, they said because they "dont do emergencies". Actual scam.Initial Complaint

I have reached out to the business since October of 2023 trying to get a bill resolved. I am being double charged for two services and after acknowledgment from the receptionist that they are in the wrong, billing is absolutely refusing to dismiss the charges. My bill is racking up a lot of missed payment and late payment charges and continues to. They are refusing to call me back and take responsibility for their error.Initial Complaint

My girl friend ************************* has been having dental medical issues for the past few months. After waiting over a month for her appointment they tried contacting us saying our insurance was invalid and to give them a call. Within a little over 24 hrs we called them back to confirm our new insurance with them and they had said they had already cancelled the appointment. There was literally nothing stated in the text message about cancelling the appointment if not heard from immediately. There was nothing stated about cancelling the appointment at all. She has had multiple infected roots ** of these fillings needing to be done and now we are without an appointment for over a month. Usually they send texts about confirming the appointment with a Y this time nothing like that was stated. Nothing about cancelling the appointment was stated at all. After contacting them nothing was done to help and they wouldnt even let me speak to a manager.Initial Complaint

03/22/2023 I WAS GIVEN A LIST OF MY SERVICES THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE @ PERRYVILLE DENTIST. SHE ( NO NAME) SAID MY INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER CERTAIN PROCEDURES. I PAID $159 UP FRONT BEFORE I HAD ANY PROCEDURES. MY NEXT APPOINTMENT WAS MAY12/2023. I CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY WITH ALL THE PROCEDURE CODES. THEY ALL ARE COVERED. MY DENTIST VISITS FROM MAY UNTIL 10/03/2023, HAS BEEN EXCUSES UPON EXCUSES ON REFUNDING THE MONEY. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT, SHE SAID I CAN'T. NOW THEY SAYING I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ALL THE ***** ARE PAID. MY INSURANCE HAS PAID THEM. PERRYVILLE DENTIST REFUSES TO TAKE MY PHONE CALLS, 10/27/2023 @ 3;08 AND 3;23PM
