****************************** (aka *****************) was contracted to build us a 3 season room and a new shed. I will try to make a long terrrible story short. They began building the 3 season room and it was a disaster. ***************** has no idea what carpentry is. See pictures for examples. After they tried to fix the roof from leaking for the third time I fired them and requested my money back for the 3 season room and shed! **** had lots of excuses as usual but I did not get any money. The shed was never started. When the local building inspector came by, he ordered the entire structure to be torn down. Roof, sides, windows, and floor had to go! ***************** has an anger issue which is palitable when speaking to him. He is impossible to deal with unless you are giving him money. In total I gave him $14650 so far for both structures, The tear down cost even more. I am going to use all civil avenues to collect my money from this con-man!Initial Complaint

Continued excuses on why work cannot be completed. Work has always been cancelled or pushed back on companies end. I have called, texted and left a message with no response. Ive used the funds given by the insurance companies to secure the job for materials. Im still not kept in the loop on where the job stands. The job was scheduled with a date, then their truck broke down and went down hill from there. The job is not finish and would like a refund, which would be the full $2000 or close to it.Business response

I was in contact with ******* through my old phone I last talked to her I was at ******* getting a new phone my phone had broke and ******* store was able to get it to answer so I could explain to her that I was in the process of getting a new phone well they could not transfer over none of my old information to my new phone for whatever reason I lost contact with all my customers I lost contact with being able to log into my business page my ******** My Messenger everything that I used to be attached to I have not been able to log into it no longer so as of right now this is the first time I have seen a message from you guys I just seen the lady's address and phone number ******* we switched out her vents for her on her roof and she is supposed to have a shed put up we had already purchased the shed 8x10 plastic shed from ********** and that was all that was left to do was to install that which would take approximately maybe an hour or two hours at the most and her job would be fully complete on top of that me and my whole family caught the bug that has been going around ******** northern Illinois that is not sure if it was covid we have all had that once not sure if that's what it was again or not but either way I lost contact with all my customers not just ******* and I assumed she would eventually somehow get a hold of me cuz she knew the name of my business and she had my business card so now that I have her information I will reach out to her and settle the issue and get her shed out to her please forward my message to her for her to see thank you
