      On 4/24/23 I received a bill on the bill it was stated that the bill has been sent to collections.My complaint comes from the lack of honesty of the receptionist once I got the bill I seen charges that were false however the only charge that I should have is the New Patient Detailed Exam on 11/18/23 And a total of 1 missed appointment including 1 massage therapy for 1 hour that i received.On the bill that was sent out to me it says I had a PT ****** Therapy 15mins thats not TRUE ,following a 2nd charge that is not True called a PT Therapeutic Exercises 15 min that is not TRUE ,along with 2 missed appointments that are not TRUE ,My explanation below at the time this was a litigated acct and the case manager for me spoke with the receptionist on the first missed appointment and that missed appointment fee was Waived.I called to assure of it and make sure there were no miss understanding and sure enough I was told that its correct and they indeed waived that missed appointment fee Now far as the therapeutic therapy and exercises I have no idea why Im being charged for services I did not receive,the only services I received from them was 1 massage session for total of 1 hour that is it.I did have 2 others appointments scheduled but I called a week ahead of time and let them know I will not be returning and I do not want to accumulate any future charges and asked that I be taken off the schedule.I them called them back explaining that I no longer had an attorney and that any charges should be billed to me DIRECTLY.I was told that someone will reach back out to me and no one ever called me back I attempted to call and I still was never able to get to the bottom of making sure the bill be sent to me once I got the bill I called and the receptionist was so very rude she yelled she talked over me she had no care whatsoever about what I was explaining to her.Apparently the receptionists are not noteing customers chart when they call however because of the lack of honesty most businesses do I make sure to record every conversation and I make sure to let them know of it .I was also told by the receptionist that because its an auto case they have to chart my bill under therapy and therapeutic because they cant put down massage,That is totally lien on bills and deceiving others by charges way more than a normal customer will pay if nothing is done about this I will make sure to go to court this I cant call collections who are in the same office as well because they all are very rude yell and talk over you and only care about money

      Once released from care due to not showing up for appointments we notified your attorney and sent over all records and bills. After a couple months we decided to call your attorney to get status on your account. They then advised ** that they no longer represent you. I then called you and left you a message asking you to give ** a call and let ** know how you planned to proceed, if you had hired a new attorney, I also told you in that message I would send an invoice and on that invoice I stated you had 30 days to respond or it would go to collections. You did not call ** back in 30 days so it went to collections. All the service charges and no show fee's are accurate.

      I am rejecting this response because:I called this business and spoke with a representative of the business and I myself informed her that I no longer am being represented by an attorney and I also let them know that I have proof if needed I was them placed on hold while someone hire up gets on the call I then spoke with another rep she stated she was in charge of billing and thanked me for letting her know at that time I also told the business that I will not becoming to the future scheduled appointments and to avoid the extra cost of a no show ,I informed them of my situation with transportation and let the rep know to cancel the future appointments.The company automatically schedule you out with booked appointments for massages that is what I was told while the rep was putting me down for several future appointments.This complaint has not addressed the reasons for the charges that I am billed for my complaint comes from services that I did not receive like I stated on the complaint.I was charged for two sessions that I did not even attended and not only that the charges say for 15 min therapy that was not discussed with me by the doctor another charge for therapeutic 15 session that I never attended nor had any knowledge of neither that I were to do with this business.I was then told those charges are named the way they are because of it being an auto case.What does that has to do with anything ? .I was told by the doctor that I will be receiving 1hour massages Not Therapeutic sessions or Therapy sessions.I only received 1 hour massage with this company and after that I did miss 1 appointment due to transportation issues and personal problems.I did my due diligence by making sure to call this company about any further issues that *** arise with me coming in and so forth.The Reps who answers the phone obviated did not note the account or let the managers know of me calling in about any of this.with lack of communication from the staff and reps.I have received nothing from this company in the mail if you have proof of that can I ask politely that this company can send me proof of it not.I have **** mail delivery and can go back and track each letter that was sent to me and this business has only sent me 1 letter Im which was only a huge bill with charges that should not be there.Like I also mentioned my attorney at the time spoke with a rep who also waived the first missed appointment because of no one ever expelling that missed appointments will be charged later.I know that it is very important to keep appointments and I apologized on my end and gave heads up for any future appointments to avoid taking up scheduling and charges that I could not afford.My complaint about the charges of therapy and therapeutic along with the two extra charges has still not been answered please explain sessions that are on the bill thank you

      The services charges are only for the dates of services you showed up for. As far as the no show fee's you were aware of those appointments and our policy. Your lawyer even talked to ** about waiving the first time you no showed and taking you back for treatment, we agreed and scheduled another appointment for you and you didn't show up to that one, so of course we readmitted the first no show fee and added the second one. The charges stand as is and if you would liek to make payment arrangements or have hired a new attorney we can submit the charges to please call the office and ask to speak with me, *****. Thanks
