Mu name is *************************** I am homeless in ******** and was also verified in may of this year 2023 approximately 13 days sho when I received my ssi payment and cash assistance I came to the travelers inn motel in ******** at ************************* prior i was sleeping in a van and the manager ART PUT me in room number 10 charging me $60 a night i did not notice at first on Oct 2 at 230am I woke up to see my bed full of bed bugs I woke up my husband he went to the front desk the owner gave him a spray bottle and told him to spray and go back to sleep he refused us a new room the young couple in room 20 saw us trying to bag up all linens and csme with another bottle they Saud they keep of there own that work here and sprayed our room too and around 7 am talked to the hotel manager who than moved us to the next room In 9 it is now Oct 4 and this room is infested with bed bugs and the sheets are blood stained we have pictures and bites we already homeless and the hotel manager won't help us we have called the health department we have used up all of our Funds the homeless shelters are full there is no smoke alarms we can't even sleep under the blankets they are so bad they coming our during the day time we just need someone to report this Un healthy environment I have heart problems and cancer and I'm disabled we just want a safe healthy place to sleep and somebody to get this place shut down this is not right this manager is letting people and there ******** live in inhumane living conditions and we want at least some of our money back or a better place to stay I do have pics I have not been able to sleep we have now lost all of our clothing..I'm constantly cleaning the bugs off our bed .there is approximately 27 other customer here..I'm not sure if the manager knows but there are multiple prostution going on because I know that ******* husband are getting charged 60 a night and living with bed bugs and there are woman here paying less . We are sleeping with bugs.
