  Ordered BBQ chicken pizza, and supreme veggie delight no green peppers no onions on both.Brought pizza home smelled nasty!! Had brownish green peppers and onions on both and smelled awful!!! I called for manager three times no answer. Got ahold of corporate after many disconnected numbers. Told I could get cash refund. Told again by the store I could claim cash refund. Walked 7+ miles to store to get back refund. Was told they can't do it because they can't find order!! So they gave ***** credit I can't even use!! Cookie I ordered was fine.

  I got a letter today saying Brain True ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza and a supreme veggie delight no green pepper no onions on both. Brought pizza home smelled nasty. Had brownish green pepper and onions on both and smelled awful. I called a manager three times no answer. Got ahold of corporate after many disconnected numbers. told I could get cash refund. Told again by the store I could claim cash refund. walked 7+ miles to store to get back refund. Was told they can't do it because they can't find the order. So they gave 50$ credit I can't even use. Cookie was fine.  

  
  

  Now On the 14th of December he said he had came in store and placed an order. He didn't use a phone number to connect with an account so we couldn't just pull up his previous order. He had no receipt. So we went back through all orders of the day we ended up actually not selling any BBQ in the day of questioning.  I had brought up the incident to my boss and he said that couple day prior he had also called Pizza Hut on Alpine demanding a refund for an order that wasn't again in the system. In October he actually did get a refund from us for an order that again wasn't in the system.    

  
  

  In his comment he states the he had no onion and no green pepper. and then later states there was brownish green pepper and onion on pizza. Our BBQ Chicken does NOT come with green peppers at all. We also don't sell a supreme veggie delight. We sell a veggie loves Which come with green pepper, onion, mushrooms, black olive and tomatoes. I actually did talk to brain 3 different times between the 2 days. Now about his credit because we couldn't find his order in our system we did give him a credit for 50$ on his phone number. Couple days later he calls to place an order for an address out of our delivery zone. We let him know that we can't deliver to him because of this reason and offered him to pick it up. He didn't like this answer demands a refund when told we can't give refund he hangs up on us. He's given multiple different addresses one rural one on n court. and a couple others. This man Brain True has been scamming Pizza Hut for money. If you have any questions feel free to email or call back.
