I called Appliance Hero to have them repair my ******* washing machine in August 2022 a service tech. came to my home and I explaned to the tech what was happing with my washer and what the 4c code ment on the washer instrument panel. [ washer not filling correctly] The tech removed the washer back panel and there was no water leakage in there and he said it needed a inlet valve. Appliance Hero orderd 2 parts for my washer. A inlet valve part # DC97-15459H for $133.44 and a pressure switch part # DC96-01703C for $52.52 with $8.00 shipping for each part then charged me $59.50 for part install labor. The service tech. put the new parts in my washer and checked the washer by running a test wash and my washer went thru a fill cycle and wash with no problem and I paid him and he left. after washing a load of clothes 2 days later my washer did not have any power so i called Appliance Hero and told them about the problem and they sent out another tech. and he checked the washer by taking the back control panel off again and there was water all over in the panel and on the control board. The tech. told me that the first tech replace the other 2 parts and did not hook the hoses up correctly that is the reason the washer isn't working right. The tech said he put everything in the right place and that the washer should be ok now. The tech ran one test load and left. I tried using my washer a couple days later and it would not work. I called Appliance Hero again and they told me it would be a few days before they would send out the best tech that they have to fix the problem. The next tech came out and did not take anything apart on my washer and tried to start it and it would not start. He told me that ******* was not answering and that their online help was off line. He left and said he would call me back before the end of the day and he did not. I called Appliance Hero the next day and they sent me a email stating that I needed a new control board.
