            Power Restoration contracted with ** and *************** to mitigate fire damage and rebuild house. The demolition was completed but after receiving 3/4 of the rebuild funds, the company disappeared. *********************, owner, has not responded to emails, texts, or phone calls. We now have a half built house and have to use our personal savings to complete the work, as insurance will not pay twice.

            I called Power Restoration and a couple of other restoration companies to come do an estimate of water damage I suffered in my home. Power Restoration was the first to come out to my home and they were very prompt, thorough, they explained the whole process step by step. I chose to go with them for those reasons and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They did what they said they would and they did it in such timely manner. They helped me through out my insurance process and that took a great relief off me as a first time homeowner and it being my first claim ever. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that has suffered water damage.
