They have changed the name or operation over to **************************. The site is still up and running next door to original site that has been shut down in *********. Also an ******** company. Please look into this as I believe they are also apart of this scam. The **** number provided expired February 2021 and I believe they are using this name and company now for further scams.

I question the legitimacy of this company. I have been taking rapid tests here for the last few months, all negative. A couple weeks ago, however, I was experiencing COVID symptoms and because I could not find an appointment for a PCR test, I took a rapid test, gain negative. When I finally found an appointment for a PCR test, it came back positive. If I was experiencing symptoms, I believe a rapid test should have pick up the virus. My sister, who took both a PCR test from ********* and a rapid test at the Center for Covid Control, received a positive test from ********* and a negative rapid test. For that reason, I question the accuracy of the testing and overall legitimacy of the org.

I got tested at 1 of their sites in *********. The whole operation felt shady/sketchy from the moment I walked in. The place was filthy---floors/windows/doors etc. Staff was of little-to-no assistance and the supervisor I talked to (because I had privacy concerns about my Driver's license being used to register) was quite rude and of no assistance. Staff appeared to be of high school-age. I did not see staff cleaning or disinfecting anything EVEN ONCE when I was there getting tested. I saw lots of test kits sitting out, unrefridgerated. I noticed little to no quality control measures being followed. I felt quite uneasy and not confident about getting tested there---now I see why I had those fears---they got RAIDED BY THE *** FOR FRAUD, ETC. !!!! Awful company. I hope they are brought to justice by the *** and government for their widescale fraudulent operation. I am now afraid that my personal data and information will be sold or used for negative means. I also hope there will be lawsuits against them, including a class action lawsuit from citizens who got tested at their sites!!!! FOLKS----DO NOT GET TESTED AT ANY SITE BEING RUN BY "CENTER FOR COVID CONTROL"!!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!

They are taking personal information, giving negative results for rapid Covid tests and not giving PCR test results, I had a PCR test on 12/31/21 and still no not have results. I went to CVS on 1/7/22 because I still did not feel well and my results were positive. What if I went on thinking that I was negative and didn't self quarantine? They are charging the government for each test that they supposedly take, the location on ********************************* had a line from open to close, that is a lot of tests. They need to be shut down for good and charged for their crime.

This place was such a hot mess. So disorganized and very dirty. My husband got a Covid test and was emailed navigator test results but was mostly like positive. He was sick and then I test positive a week later when I started feeling sick.

Used CCC for testing when I was not feeling well back in November. Quick in & out. Rapid test result was emailed in <2 hours. The *** test did take 4 days for results.

Update: Almost 3 weeks later and STILL NO RAPID results NOR *** results. I'm not waiting another 2 and a half hours on the phone to hear it was uploaded again and what good would it do now! I hope they didn't have the nerve to charge my insurance. I will be placing a formal complaint with the BBB and AG, as they left me no choice. They didn't even respond to this or emails.I waiting in line an hour. While the woman who did my test was super nice and assured me I would have results in 30 minutes? Its 30 HOURS later and nothing. Called last night and waited on hold over 2 hours to have to wait time keep going up and up. Called 3 minutes after they opened today and was caller 90!!! On hold another 2.5 hours to be told Oh they were uploaded an hour ago. Give it a little bit and they will be there. I verified my email, hung up and here we are, 5 hours later and my rapid test is still no where to be found. That is absolutely unacceptable. I get the *** taking longer but the rapid?! Especially when my boyfriend took his at the exact same time and received his results 30 minutes later. Terrible.

My daughter was tested at the end of November 2021 and here we are, January 2022, never received the results. She had to miss 10 days of school. By the time we started questioning whether wed receive them, it was too late to take her to a legitimate testing site. Now we are left wondering who tested our daughter and what they did with all our personal information.

Scam Central!They take a swab, dump it into a container and eventually send it into a lab for testing.Results are garbage.Stay away!
