  I contacted 3K Home Improvement to get an estimate to replace my roof (referred by neighbor). Their representative ***** came out on October 24th, 2022-- met with my Insurance Adjustor ***** and at the time of the visit determine that my roof had some damage. The damage could either be repaired or replace the entire roof. As the home owner I decided to replace the entire roof. ***** the representative was working with my adjustor to get the name of the roof tile to start the replacement and all was good to start. Then nothing--no return phone call from ***** or update. I have reached out numerous times to leave messages for ***** and the company by calling ************ but no one has return my repeated calls. My concern is that now I have to use another roofing company and because of the contract I've signed with 3K they would come to enforce the clause which states: "If you should decide to cancel the contract after 3 business days and after the insurance company has approved the damages, you will be obligated to pay 3K 20% of the total contact/insurance amount." I have not heard from this company and do not want to pay for services not rendered

  Good afternoon ,

  I am ***** working with 3k home improvement.

  Last couple months, we were updating company phone to I-Phone so we got hard time to answer the incoming calls.

  we just fixed today and we contacted to homeowner today and we will solve what homeowner wants. Everything will be fine.
