      Filed a claim in January 2024, it is now the end of July 2024 and still no money! Terrible customer service, leave message after message and no call back. Will literally argue with you about things that they know nothing about. I know more about car insurance than they do. May end up filing a law suit soon if not resolved. I had to give a star rating but really it will be zero stars if it was an option!

      I recently experienced a total loss of my vehicle and promptly filed a claim with Redpoint County Mutual Insurance Company. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with the handling of my claim.The initial settlement offer provided took an unreasonably long time to process and was significantly below the market value of my vehicle, with a 46% discrepancy.In response, I submitted a counteroffer supported by detailed, including listings for comparable vehicles. However, I have not received any acknowledgment or response from my assigned claims adjuster, despite multiple attempts to establish communication via phone and E-mail.As a student, the ongoing financial strain from rental car expenses has been significant. The lack of communication and delay in resolving this matter have compounded my stress considerably. Urgent attention is required to address this situation.

      If there was a zero, i would mark zero. They have been refusing liability for my accident that their insured is liable for. She failed to yield right of way at a 4 way. They waited 3 weeks for a police report. Now that the report states failure to yield right of way against her, they say they are not liable because she was in the intersection before I was. I told him that she wasn't and that just proves she was speeding. Then they tried to say she was already passed 3 lanes and she wasn't. They are not accepting liability for these reasons.My Adjuster is *********************** and just keeps repeating himself because they do not want to pay for my vehicle. I am reporting to TDI

      *****. Company. Should not be allowed to operate they never awnser the phones or call back. Will be taking legal action if not resolved.

      On Dec 23, 2023, a client of Pronto Auto Insurance rear ended my daughter's car. The trunk was damaged. We called multiple times to reach agent, ext7106. She would never pick up the phone nor return calls. We left messages and had our insurance agent to leave messages. She finally answered the phone as if we were bothering her from doing her job. She has lied and said she has sent out a check for the repairs and has not. As of today, Feb 6, the body shop nor my daughter has received anything from this insurance. My daughter has max out her credit card renting a car due to the fact that Pronto will only reimburse you for a rental. This is a worst insurance company anyone could ever have. They are lazy and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the ***** **** of Insurance.

      ********************* off of Magnolia in ********* **********. Hes the one you want to call! Hes true and fair in his dealings and goes the extra mile. Hes helped me get started and was so amazing! When my policy cancelled I knew just who to call. Thanks ****! Stay true! Youre a gem!

      54 day this company let one of their clients car sit under my mobile home until I got tire of dealing with them and took there low ball offer...avoid red point it would be better to have no insurance then this company..red point is also Pronto insurance

      Will not respond insurance claim.. They are a carry for Tesla Insurance who does not PAY their claims and body shops in ****** will not accept their insurance for payment. Definitely a fly by night company.

      Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had!!!!! I was rear ended and forced to deal with this company to have my vehicle repaired. They do not return phone calls, when you are finally able to speak with someone they are rude and unprofessional. I have been trying to get the repairs to my vehicle completed since the accident over a month ago. They will not approve a rental vehicle and force the person to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle, then they fail to correspond with the repair facility or the correct contact person in a timely manner thus resulting in more out of pocket expenses for the person. The worse excuse for a insurance company I have ever encountered!!!!!! I have done everything they asked and now my vehicle has been in the shop for over a week still wating for the approval from the adjuster. I can see from the other reviews that this is an ongoing issue. If I was able to leave negative stars that would be my rating....1 star is much more than they deserve.
