This company is the worst. Iv been trying to get someone to service a botched fence install since April. My fence is coming out of the ground and for some reason bricks are installed between the Fence post under ground. The people on the phone are completely rude and will never call you back if you need help. Since April I have never been called back and only talked to someone if I called them unreal.the reply from this company on my ****** review is FALSE! The owners son came to my house seen the work that was done and couldnt explain why the builders of the fence did what they did. THEN he was dodging my calls when he said he was going to return. I talked to the owner on the phone again and got tons of excuses about repairs. The lady that answers the phone even screamed at me when I was asking why no one was coming back out.But the explanation of fence permits is a completely made up thing. My issues isnt fence permits and never have been. Its about back workmanship and terrible customer service. This place doesnt stand behind their products or work. Anyone that doesnt believe me wait until you need them to come back out to fix an issue. Youll be right here with me in the reviewsBusiness response

******, your fence was installed back in 2008, ******************************************* 2020 saying it was a botched install, though natural wear and tear from weather pushed the fence out of the ground. This is not considered a botched install. We have been in business for 30 years and are an accredited business through BBB, we have not been revoked. And it's clear that you have left reviews for businesses in the past. Feel free to call our phone if you'd like to schedule a fence repair.Initial Complaint

Northwest Cedar had installed a new fence on May 13th As can you see there are plenty of issues, I had to request service the same day they completed the installation. I requested A second service call I could not open my gate no one showed up, I called, I called five days later and it was never scheduled, and the person asked what do you want me to do? I spoke to the salesperson and the owner and all get is excuses and running around. I have spoken to other clients and this is the normal thing for this companyBusiness response

The transaction was back in May 19,2023. The salesman came to my house. I asked him if they could install my fence without my back neighbor's fence to connect with ours. The gentleman said that if we do wood, they would have to connect my fence with my neighbor's fence and I asked him how could we avoid that. He said that if we did vinyl, we could close it out without having to use his wood side as a connector. That I would have my own vinyl fence on all 3 sides, back vinyl, left and right vinyl. I agreed to do that for ****. The day of the installation (Wednesday 9) they connected my vinyl fence with my neighbor's wood fence. I called and asked, what was going on. They said that they did what was in the contract and the graphic and that's I agreed upon. I told them that that wasn't what I agreed on and that the salesman did a poor job on making the drawings and explaining thoroughly. Then I spoke with a neighbor that is supposed to work with them. I learned that her fence will start from the garage, while mine starts from the back of the house. He wants to charge me 10,3700 total and he charged ****** total. She will have more fence space than I will and is paying less. I wrote an email asking about that and all he mentioned is that his price was fair. He also wrote that he was disappointed that I was ruining his good name in the internet and if I wanted to get my way this was the wrong way to do it. they tried calling me and I said that I wanted to communicate via email. Northwest Cedar Fence installed a fence at my residence 6/2021. My representative was ********************* he secured the permit and the specifications from the ********************* and installed the fence. **** informed me that he had installed thousands of fences in **********. A month later the ********************* informed me that the fence needed adjustments to the width and height. I notified **** and he promised me that he would take care of his mistakes. In May/2022 he arrived at my residence with samples of the corrections that he would make and to date it has not been done. The past several weeks I have called the office and spoke with *********************** and left a message on ****'s voice mail about the new contract to which he has yet to reply.Business response

I ordered a fence from Northwest Fence in April 2021 and told it would be at approximately ***** weeks before it came in. Then in June 2021 I received a call that the fence I ordered was discontinued and could no longer be delivered. I asked for a refund on my deposit since the fence I ordered could no longer be fulfilled. I was informed in late June/early July that I would receive the refund in 2 installments, but to date have only received 1/2 of the deposit. Every time I call for a status update I am told only the owner can help and that he is not in the office but will be give a note that I called. I have received no callback from the owner.Business response
