We were overwhelmed when learning that mice and squirrels had been visiting our crawl space/attic...and that our insulation was old and useless. We found ARC on Angi's list and were contacted immediately, followed by an at-home consultation and proposal within a few days. Energy Specialist ******************************* went through all the details, patiently and thoroughly. The work began soon after, and was completed as promised by ****, ******** and *******. From start to finish, it was an extremely satisfactory experience!!Review from Eileen R

***** was great determining the scope of work and the cost. He is easy to work with. ******* and ******** covered and protected our home prior to the work. Their work was efficient and thorough.

It was amazing. Everything done in a timely fashion and pictures shown and described to me. Even when I asked about something that was already explained he patiently went back to picture and answered my question. First, ***** was so nice and gave a warm vibe. He did the estimate. He didn't have that used car salesman feel like another company gave me. (US insulation) ***** didn't try to oversell me. In fact, he suggested the attic only, sit on it for a year, the. See if more needs to be done. He came with a temperature reader, paper booties to cover his shoes and went into the attic. Took photos to explain his estimate. The contract was well outlined and included links to open and view images or videos of what was goin to be done. That was brilliant! Today, three men arrived. ************************** and ******.All great guys. They put plastic over everything. Floors, furniture, all of it. They came at 8am and were done by lunchtime! I had left for a few hours thinking they'd still be there but they were done! Waiting for me. I signed and ***** emailed back that Id be getting the invoice for balance of payment. ARC added insulation to my attic and to take exterior walls of my 70 y/o house. Everyone at the company was helpful & friendly. Wonderful service. Fully explained options, very timely and very neat. Highly recommend!! They did attic work to my nearly 100 year old house and performed the best option to insulate under an old porch that was converted without insulation. Almost can't wait for next winter! I am very happy with the work completed by the ARC Insulation team in our home. On the initial visit, ***** was very helpful at answering our questions when providing the initial estimate. ********** was very quick and thorough when completing the tests needed to check if we qualified for the tax credits. Finally, the Attic / Cellulose team, ******* and ****, and the team that patched our closet with spray foam, ****** and ********, were all very professional, punctual and respectful.
