I filed a complaint 3 days ago. I have not heard a response from them tell today. They told me to come and get my truck is was ready. When I got there I asked to speak to **** the Service manager. They stated that they were still waiting on the part that has been over a month and didn't even do the oil change. Of course I'm already mad that my vehicle has been there for over a month and nothing has been done including the oil change because they were waiting on one part when they had all the other parts. I am unware if he has received the original BBB complaint and trying to avoid responding although when **** did finally come out not only was he yelling he was cussing and GOT INTO MY FACE! That is not customer service. I want cooperate to pull the video in the office from December 6, 2021 at 3:30 to 4 pm. How do you employee someone like this including a manager. no respect, customer service, remorse nothing. the truck been there for OVER a month with NOT a SINGLE thing done and being avoid the entire time. HAVE NO ASNWERS why it taking so long for one part and the fact that the entire time my truck has sat there and nothing has been done and then after a complaint was filed I was told to pick the truck up and then get there for the SERVICE MANAGER **** TO PRACTICALLY try and FIGHT me cuss me out get in my face. I am DONE with greenway ford and WILL make sure that I go out of my way for them to NEVER receive business from myself or any single person I know or come across that thinking of setting foot in that building. The disrespect and unwillingness to help or communicate with A PAYING CLIENT is unreal. On top of paying $507 for a rental cause the warranty only covered 10 days and paid an extra 10 days cause I needed to get to and from and have 2 teenage active sports kids. Then just trying to figure out what going on with my truck and still nothing done since the scheduled appointment On November 2, 2021 and today is December 6th 2021.
