On September 25, 2021, I entered a contract agreement with Window Nation to have windows installed in my home. I was presented with the quality of the windows they installed for approximately 2 hours by sales representative *********************. Upon signing the contract, I gave a check deposit of $5,100.00. and was told it would take approximately four months to have them installed. The windows were finally installed on July 12, 2022. When I inquired from the installers as to why my existing window frames were not being removed, I was informed that they install REFINISHED windows instead of REPLACEMENT windows (windows installed by previous companies had removed frame and used all new material). Upon completion, I signed the form they presented to me, but made a long notation on it regarding the noted irregularities with the windows.1). The latch on one window was on the wrong side...need to be replaced, 2). Their windows were substantially smaller than my original, 3). There are chips in my existing frames up to 4" long, 4). Unstained molding strips were used, so they do not match my existing frame color, which the Sales rep said it would.All these irregularities and concerns/complaints were brought to the attention of Window Nation management, including the Production Manager, *************************** who stated they did not do any staining, stating that is something I would have to do myself. He was very short with me and did not comment on the other issues. The lousy job they did depreciates the value of my home RESOLUTION REQUESTED: Request all of the above irregularities with my windows be corrected or waive the entire balance due amount of $9,000.The only tracking or reference# I have relating to this account is #*******.
