Early in 2021 River Valley ***** remodeled our main bath and closet. For the most part I was happy with the product and the cost - that is not my issue. In October 2021, while investigating why our guest bath fan was no longer venting, I discovered that there was no air coming out of the exterior vent opening. On checking the fan for the main bath, which they had recently completed, I found that fan was not venting to the exterior either. As I am no longer limber enough to crawl around the attic trusses, I hired a handyman to check out the bath vents and he discovered the master bath fan was not attached to the exterior vent, but was just venting into the attic. He also discovered that the guest bath vent line had been stepped on and crushed, thus the reason for the guest bath vent problem. The handyman properly connected the master bath vent line and replaced the guest vent line. As the master bath vent line was not connected to the exterior vent port, (which was just likely forgotten) and the guest line was likely stepped on by one of River Valley's workers, I think it only fair that they pay for a portion of the handyman ****. I have attached a copy of the paid invoice. As I had the handyman do some other things while he was in the attic (clear soffit vents and replace some insulation), I think their portion is $75.00. I provided all of this information to River Valley on 10/21/21 and on 12/4/21. They acknowledged the information and said they would get back to me. Two months later I have still not heard anything. I just want them to pay for that part of the work that River Valley failed to complete.Thanks for your assistance.Business response

I apologize to ***** and acknowledge the issue. I am issuing a check today for the $75.00 and am sorry for the delay. It just fell through the cracks.Customer response
