We believe it was a deceptive advertisement for an apartment rental. Never stating that it was an upstairs unit until after we had put down a security deposit. The unit in question was labeled as unit number one which is generally a ground floor unit and it wasn't until after that. We found out that it was a upper unit. My fiance has medical conditions that will not allow her to climb up and down the stairs frequently as she has had both knees operated on twice. We've reached out to the company to try to resolve this and they said it was too bad we would not get our security deposit money back. I have reached out to the company several times and they have refused to call me back or provide me with the phone number for their corporate office. I would like to get a refund of my security deposit. I believe it was deceptive and they're advertising and we're not willing to cooperate with us at all in the return of our deposit
