Our neighborhood (******* on the Pond) changed ********************** companies and have been unable to receive the needed and required documents from All Point Property Service, our previous homeowners association. These items have been requested numerous times. We still need from All Point Property Services: 1. All financial records since May 2022,2. Articles of Incorporation,3. Annual Report,4. Meeting minutes since May 2022,5. Homeowner history and records of payments, and 6. All information regarding the Roof Assessment, including copies of checks provided by Homeowners who are re-paying the assessment monthly.This is business negligence and has been very disappointing. We need this information ASAP!Thank you,*******************Initial Complaint

All Point Property Services was our ***************************************** ******* on the Pond was having issues with All Point Property Services receiving and cashing our monthly association checks. I hand delivered one envelope, with three months of association dues for myself to owner, ***************************** on 10/21/22. The checks were for August, September, and October dues. *** ***** and All Points has never cashed the checks (after requests to do so). We have since hired a new homeowner association for *******. *** ***** has not forwarded those checks to the new homeowner association management company for ******* on the Pond (after many requests to do so). I would like the checks returned back to me, or given to our new homeowners association company.
