      So mine was a corporate move from ** to RI and one would think these moves are given more attention and care. Wrong. A few boxes went missing and were never found. Upon filing the claim for lost / damaged goods, they denied it for having no picture evidence. Do you understand meaning of the word 'lost'? Furthermore, my bicycle arrived with its front wheel attached backwards. My previous corporate moves have been seamless- Beltmann changed that so I'll unfortunately have to echo the other 1-star reviews. I hope future corporate / personal customers refrain from using Beltmann. Moving is stressful as is and they make sure to add more to it.

      If anyone reading these reviews thinks they are unfairly harsh, let me assure you, they are NOT.I recently had exactly the same experience as described by others (unexplained delays sitting in warehouses, denial of any responsibility on their part, refusal to do ANYTHING meaningful to assist). A contract signed and PAID FOR IN FULL on May 23 to be shipped 900 miles STILL had not been delivered by June 14. But along with all that, I can ***** any of the previous accounts of outrageous behavior on the part of Beltmann's representatives:After getting tired of the never-ending stall tactics on Beltmann's part and having promised delivery of this shipment to my customer in a timely manner, I exercised my rightful option to Dispute the pre-paid charge on my AMEX card due to the agreed upon services not having been rendered in a timely manner. When AMEX notified Beltmann of the Dispute, instead of correcting the issue (which would have immediately cleared the funds for the charge) they decided instead to: - Falsely accuse me of being a deadbeat and attempting to avoid paying for their "Services" (WHAT services?) by "Reversing" the charges (FALSE - they were never "Reversed"). - Refused to accept the already processed AMEX payment and insisting I now go out of my way to REPAY the charge again through a Wire Transfer. - Contacted my Customer and falsely implied the delay in delivery was because of my "refusal to pay".Throughout the entire ordeal, they never ONCE offered any actual proactive assistance, just spent all their time deflecting blame to everyone else including myself and others. They chose to be unreasonably hard-lined about their "terms" which they never came close to fulfilling on their side in a timely or reasonable manner. They obviously determined I was a one-time customer and they could abuse me at will.If you think any of this is made-up or exaggerated, I would be happy to post quotes from the actual email threads.USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

      BEWARE of Beltmann. During the initial consultation they quoted me one price and then raised it 40% once they had packed and brought my belongings into their storage. After I reluctantly paid this, they delivered my items with over $9,000 worth of damage from being in storage. Im talking furniture delivered without any blankets or wrapping; metal antiques not packed at all, just thrown on top of other items; designer handbags that were declared as high value items shoved as packing material with books and other heavy items; a lovely bed frame not disassembled at all for the storage or move, now warped and broken; a brand new $500 Dyson vacuum shattered and missing critical pieces. The delivery driver said (and I quote) this is the worst packing I have ever seen in 20 years of being a driver for this company. Definitely look elsewhere for your moving needs.

      Lets start with The item being picked up and sitting in there warehouse for 7 days! Then it tracked around the country came down to ******* then back to Georgia then back to *******! They don't care about Their customer service being abysmal as well they will do what they do which is deny deny deny I don't care, My rep won't answer her phone and when I asked via email for a supervisor 3 times it still hasn't happened.

      We had a horrible experience with Beltmann and with ********************* and ***************************. We were told that our belongings were going to arrive within **** days and so we committed our move with Beltmann. When in reality, our belongings arrived 14 days after our items were packed up. When we expressed our concern with *****, he said that we signed the contract and didn't do anything to work with us to expedite our items arriving within the **** days. Overall, I would not recommend using Beltmann for relocation. We felt that we were unethically led to commit with Beltmann and were very disappointed with the customer service that we received.
