I got an auto loan from Nationwide on October 21st 2021. Everything was fine until the vehicle I purchased failed. It has been damaged and I would like to voluntarily surrender it. They are refusing to pick it up and are refusing to let me speak to ***** the Senior Manager to handle my case. They have explicitly stated that ***** refuses to speak to me and they are only willing to discuss payment arrangement. In my contract it states I can surrender this vehicle at anytime.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I've never spoken to ***** as all of your call reps have stated, "he doesn't work with non-payment customers, only in certain situations will he take calls." None of the people I spoke to had clearance to resolve my issue with the dead vehicle. ***** and ******* both hung up on me and ***** had no professionalism and was yelling at me.

As we indicated in our previous response, the consumer did communicate with ***** through text messages and although the consumer insists we take possession of the vehicle, we do not intend to. Regarding the complaint of unprofessionalism,management has been forwarded the consumers comments for review.
