My information might have been impacted by the ************ breach. Nationwide Cassel (reported on May 9, 2023) is a fraudulent inquiry on my credit report. Nationwide Cassel (reported on May 9, 2023) was not authorized by me. I would like Nationwide Cassel to be removed from my credit report.Business response

In September-October **** we sold an automobile covered by Nationwide Acct Number ******. After the loan was paid off we requested cancellation of the *** policy that covered said automobile. Not withstanding the time the previous lender spent time on the issue, we have also spent the entirety of 2023 attempting to recover the approximate $800 that Nationwide admits they owe us. The agent continues to promise to mail the check to our attention, even though we have kept them apprised of 2 moves after we moved from our home. Documents including phone bills are available upon request, but are too numerous just too attach.Business response

I participated in a Consumer Credit Transaction on 10/17/2020 with NATIONWIDE CASSEL LLC and C&S SALES to finance a vehicle for Personal a Family purposes. (Vehicle) 2013 INFINITE JX 4D SUV AWD VIN(*****************) Account No. ********** The Retail installment contract and security agreement between the parties truth in lending disclosure are incorrect, pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1638(a) and 15 U.S.Code **** Determination of a Finance charge. Page 2 of the contract under (Itemization of amount financed), *********** Contract fee, Administrative Fee, and Cargo Gap fee should be apart of my Finance Charge and not the Amount Financed as you can attest to In Truth in Lending disclosure of Contract. (see attachments). C&S SALES and NATIONWIDE CASSEL LLC, adjusted my finance charge to $12,120.50 when it should actually be $12,796.72. Amount Financed reads $17,692.00 when it should be $14,999.00. Total of Payments reads $29,794.50, when corrected its $27,795.72 The APR is also calculated based on the finance charge. Excluding charges from the finance charge that should have been included will result in an understated APR, which makes the APR appear lower than it actually is.The Company responds was the law isnt applicable to the transaction. Ive sent over $12,000 in payments, and a down payment of $1,200 I would like to have fully reimburse alone with any security interest arising by operation of law.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I the consumer Financed a vehicle in connection with ***** IN LENDING, The Creditor Nationwide Cassel LLC, failed to comply with Federal guidelines of the ***** IN LENDING ACT, See attachments Retail installment contract Truth in lending disclosure are inaccurate, APR,FINANCE CHARGE,AMOUNT FINANCED, & TOTAL AMOUNT OF PAYMENTS, Nationwide Cassel LLC & C&S SALES swindled me into a fraudulent contract.Nationwide Cassel LLC response is the law doesnt apply to this transaction action, my question is how doesnt it ??See Attachments.

I have been trying to make a car payment since the 20th of this month (it was due on the 20th). I normally pay this over the internet, but Nationwide has disappeared, and I haven't been able to make a payment. I have a phone number for them, and no one answers it...no voicemail....nothing. All I want to do is make a payment.Business response
