      In 2014 we purchased a vehicle and was financed through this company (which i regret, their practices are ilegal and fraudulent and horrible company) after 3 months the car we purchased started giving us problems we reached out to the dealer and then the finance company nothing was ever done well low and behold the car lasted a total of 6 months before transmission went out and motor was giving problems we contacted them again with no help we were paying more than $300 a month in car payments for a car we no longer could use because fixing it was going to cost more than $3000 that we did not have that kind of $ we are low income and i am disabled we had to find another reliable car so my husband could go to work we told them to come pick up the car they didnt want it we never heard from them they kept putting the chargeoff account as a new account every year for 5 years we finally got involved and they had to remove it from credit because it passed the allotted time well here we are 2022 8 years later fined from *** saying we owe more than $2000 because this fraudulent company sent a **** to the *** stating they gifted us more than $8000 (which is a lie) and are now required to pay this. This company is fraudulent scam and i will be seeking an attorney because what they did and are doing should not be happening destroying low income family i have an autistic son im disabled these types of companies should be closed for good

      I am rejecting this response because: we were never sent a 1099C if account was charged off the 1099C would be for that year not 2020 where COVID and hardship was happening where recouping from losing employment and so forth we are going through now on top of trying to make it we owe over $2000 to IRS because 1099C wasnt sent prior and now we look like we tried to defraud when we never received anything from the company I dont need anyone telling me oh they didnt do this that when we were in contact and nothing done if the company wanted money they should of sued the dealership for scamming both of us on a lemon car instead of going for us and ruining our life Im disabled my son is autistic and now Im in default with IRS-because from a $5000-$6000 car we were gifted or forgiven or seen as income $8000 this is unbelievable THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY IS TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS AWARE of anything be done to them (1099C etc) not be taken by surprise and accused of trying to defraud IRS because we left out this supposed $8000 income you as a company are messing with our livelihood not a year after default but 8 years after. I want This corrected with IRS thank you

      I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The ************************* which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on hisher credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.1.       ***** - service ************** number E25. This child has the most unprofessional attitude. I know my phone with her at 4:25PM on 01/18/22 was recorded and I also have a recording. She accused me of having an attitude, when I asked her what proof she needs to show the vehicle is being repaired. Further down our conversation ****** asked me if I endorsed my insurance check and mailed it to nationwide yet, I stated no because I did know the protocol, she replied with well thats why you shouldnt have tried to cash it to commit insurance fraud!!! EXCUSE ME *****. Im going to make her internet viral and publish this conversation if her ignorance and lack of customer service is not IMMEDIATELY ADDRESSED!!!
