My provider ordered a ****** monitor, date of service 01/19/2023, ************ was covered by my insurance, however, Life Watch Services, **** did not submit a timely claim for payment. On 10/10. 2023 I received notification from MVP *********** *********** that the claim was denied due to untimely "filing set by plan". It is unacceptable that this vendor could not submit the claim within a reasonable timeframe, and I expect that I will not be required to pay for their delinquency.Initial Complaint

I could not connect the to the app I also had my son try but he couldnt either I contacted them 3 weeks after purchase I asked fir return label that was 2months ago no response from themInitial Complaint

I was given a heart monitor for 48-hour testing from this company through my doctors office. Afterward, my insurance covered the entirety of the **** of $600 with a EOB date of 4/11/2021 and a service date of 3/23/2021. My insurance was billed $600, they reduced the cost they paid to $35.07 due to a contract discount, and I owed $0. I have received a debt collection notice from LifeWatch Services through BYL Services LLC for $50 for a "24hr w/scan analy w/repo from CardioNet LLC" a service I was never given since my heart monitor was for 48 hours and I do not owe money per my EOB. The **** states my insurance covered $550 of the $600 **** which is untrue based on my EOB given to me by insurance. The debt collection is not valid as I do not owe $50 to them based on what my insurance covered and given EOB.
