Date of Transaction: Beginning of 2020 (before the Covid 19 pandemic began)We put some amount of money in my daughter's/our account in order to be used towards kids' flight school. Each ****** day, the required amount was deducted from the sum. When the pandemic hit, our remaining credit was around $600 - 650 and we were not able to use or take the money. After reopening, in May 2022, we asked iFly (Rosemont) for a refund. They agreed to pay but told us that it would take about 2 months. Now it has been 7 months and still waiting. I tried to contact them about the issue 3 times. Once by email, which they never responded, Twice by phone. On the first call, I was only able to leave a message, could not reach the customer service representative. On the second call, I was told that the corporate was reviewing the case and that I should wait and they did not give a time frame either. I asked for the phone for the corporate, they put me on hold and never picked up again.
