The art class we signed our daughter up for was $140. It was cancelled 09.30.22 via email at 10pm when the class was supposed to start on 10.01.22 at 11 am. I immediately asked for a refund. We have emailed at least 5 times asking for a refund per policy on the website and have left numerous voicemails. The only email we got back was in January and said she applied a credit due to her policy not offering refunds. The one time I was able to teach her via phone she said she was too busy to talk since she was teaching a class and that she was short staffed, these are not reasons to ignore clients emails. We have emailed a screenshot of her website stating if a class is cancelled then a refund will be issued minus a fee. We would like our money back per her website policy. We do not want to do any classes if this is how hard we have to work to get a refund that we should get per the website.
