They are offering a promotion of $1 unlimited wash for the first month. I wanted to try their service and I was told that I can cancel it anytime and it has to be at least 7days prior to the next billing date. I called 9days prior to the billing date to cancel it but nobody would want to cancel it because according to the person I spoke with on the phone is that I have to do it online or I have to go to one of their location. I told him I am out of state how can I go their just to cancel it? And he said he cannot do it thru the phone because they are busy. It does not make any sense. If I would have gone there and they are busy that means he still cannot help me with it? Then why not just cancel if thru phone?This business is really sketchy about their cancellation.Initial Complaint

I had a membership to the carwash, and was paying $32.00 a month being charged on my credit card. I cancelled the membership in November of 2021. I am still being charged $32.00 a month, and have tried to talk to them several times via email, phone and in person where i have had no help. If you look on the page for their membership it doesn't say that i am being charged anymore but my bank statements say otherwise. They will not help me at all with this issue and it is getting to be over $300.00 that they are basically stealing from me and refusing to refund me the money that is not theirs. I no longer have the fastpass sticker on my vehicle so i am unsure of my fastpass number anymore. I am on a work computer so i can not upload supporting documents as of this moment. I will be happy to supply them though.
