I purchased this item [Product ID ************ (Mossberg 715T Flat Top Tactical .22LR 25 Round)] on 8/20/22 for $440.72. On 8/26 I reached out via phone and email about the purchase (no reply). On 9/1 I reached out via phone and email again (no reply). I reached out on 9/7 via phone and email again, and I received an email reply stating the item was now on backorder and that they were "in the process of a refund to you." The email stated they had a similar item and asked if I was interested. I replied back that I was interested on 9/7 (2:13 p.m.), but no reply back. I reached out again via phone/email on 9/15, and no reply back.At this point, I simply want my $440.72 refunded. I understand how difficult it is for businesses of this type to find and move product at the moment considering the current socio-economic state and COVID-related delays. I want nothing but the best for Illinois Firearms & Ammunition. Because I live far away from their brick/mortar stores, simply refunding my $440.72 would be agreeable. With my one and only communicative interaction with the owner ***, he seems to be a standup guy. I hope he hasn't fallen ill or some other kind of emergency has affected him. Bottom line, I simply want my money returned so I can apply it toward the purchase of another similar item someplace closer to home.Since the purchase cleared on 8/22/22, I have waited a full entire month before proceeding with the BBB. Thank you to everyone who can assist in the completion of this refund.
