June 2nd. Called ahead, made an appointment. Paid $50. The business says that its "a ************** providing premium quality products and services while maintaining the highest standardsThis was not the service that was provided. The business has not tried to resolve the problem. The nature of this dispute is the unacceptable and unprofessional service that was provided. I rarely have/make time to get my nails done. My husband's out of town a lot and we have two little kids, we both work, and so one day I figured I would just bring our girls along so I could finally get a much needed pedicure. We are a hardworking family and are always outside, and the lady who did my pedicure was unnecessarily harsh with me about the condition of my feet. I had no problem increasing my pedicure to the next level up because I understood that my feet would be more work, but shaming me because of the condition of my feet is not ok. Telling me my feet are dirty, shaking her head as she cleaned them, speaking a different language to the employee next to me as she gestured to my feet (assuming she was complaining about my feet to her). The insults continued, dont you wear shoes outside? (I said yes I do) Well look at your feet! At one point she filed so hard that I clearly flinched, said ouch, and she kept going roughly and said it was my fault because I had cracks on my heels. The professional thing wouldve been to apologize and allow me to soak my feet longer. This is when I started to cry. There were others at the salon, and she told me to put my sunglasses over my eyes, my guess was so that no one else would notice how upset she made me. After all, I dont get a pedicure when my feet are perfectly polished, you get a pedicure when your feet need it. Needless to say, it was not the experience I expected to have, especially as my first experience with our two little daughters.
