      I wish I could give this dealership a 0/5 stars. The general manager at this dealership is one of the worst employees I have ever dealt with in my life. At the time, I was putting down a REFUNDABLE $500 deposit for a RAV4; I did change my mind about changing the trim of the vehicle and ended up putting the same REFUNDABLE $500 deposit down on the car. No one at St. Charles Toyota informed me that my REFUNDABLE deposit was now a non-refundable deposit. They changed their rules without informing me and now are telling me I cannot get back my REFUNDABLE $500 deposit. Please avoid this dealership at all costs; the general manager will probably scam you for any inch of money you might have. He pretends to care about the customer, but he's awful to deal with when things don't go his way. If you are considering purchasing your new or used Toyota vehicle here, don't. The $500 deposit seemed too good to be true, but I get why; they need something to bring people to this dealership because other than that, they have none.

      Stay away from ***************** and his whole staff on any internet based sales. They sold me a classic/vintage car with the odometer reading rolled back. They advertised the car as having "original" "actual" miles. *** to mention, there's things not captured by pictures, like black mold not to mention numerous other mechanical issues that only become apparent once you assume ownership and repairs. also, Issaic and the whole sales staff will say anything to get you to buy a used car. To me, they said they'd replace bulbs and some other smaller items before they shipped the car knowing full well it would be too late for me to complain upon taking delivery of the car. Stay on email with them. Watch them squirm and refuse to do so.

      When my Toyota 4RUNNER 2021 was serviced by this dealership service center in April 2023. The oil/filter change was done with the following issues: - The technician butchered a bolt on the drain plug cover plate. He didn't bother undoing another bolt on the other side of the cover, so he just bent the plate to access the drain plug. - The oil filter housing (plastic) was over-torqued. I had to use a 24-inch breaker bar to undo the housing. - there was a wrong filter element installed, which is about in shorter than the required one. So, the filter probably didnt do any oil filtration for almost 11 months.I contacted the service manager with pictures and details about my experience but he never replied.

      My husband and I went to this place on December 11, 2023 to look for a RAV4 XLE Piemium Hybrid. This dealer did not have it. A Product Specialist - *************************** and her manager tried to convince us to make a non refundable deposit of $500 to get the new vehicle within 1 week and a half. We trusted them and made $500 deposit. When it is over 1 week and a half, I called and asked them if the vehicle was available. They could not know when they will have the vehicle. I told them I wanted to get our money back because they did not have the vehicle as their promise. They said our deposit is non refundable! I said: "You do not have the vehicle. Why don't you refund our deposit? The manager said: "Let me talk to my owner. Then I will call you." Over a day the manager has not called me.Let see what this dealer is doing.

      100% Transparent is their motto. The actions of the dealership and their employees say something different. After weeks of constant communication (sales rep even contact me to confirm I was still interested in vehicle), they sold a vehicle from under me. I offered to put a deposit down too! When I called to find out why they did not honor their agreement, the manager told me it was because of where I lived. This is a called geographical discrimination. Obviously the Alf family does not practice what they preach! My written communications between their sales associate and myself prove this companys business ethics are questionable.
