We had a stamped patio through Crack Attack installed last Sunmer and I was incredibly encouraged when we signed up but the end product is well below expectations. There are chunks missing, cracks in the concrete that are sure to expand and crumble through winter, the seal was applied unevenly and the release was applied sloppily and stained our siding. They were supposed to apply a finish on the steps that they didnt apply and the only response to all of this that we got was, Well, thats what you get with stamped concrete. The life of our patio is surely limited and I am very disappointed. They seemed to be great in the planning, but once we were booked, they pushed our time out without communication. I reached out several times and finally got a response. I understand that times are tough, but a little proactive communication goes a long way. I was willing to forgive that, but the poor quality of the end product leaves me frustrated that we paid full price and were brushed off for our concerns. I would not recommend. After sharing this review on ******** and ******* I was contacted and they came out to look with the concrete company. I was told that my patio would be redone due to the obvious quality concerns. This has still not happened and I have not been prioritized. In addition, I have been told that I am responsible to pay for the landscaping work and septic that I will have to have re-done, even though I made my concerns known and was brushed off at final inspection and before I had that work completed. I had hoped that this would be recovered but to date, this is unresolved.Business response

******************* reached out to us regarding her patio on 8/20/21 via an emailed survey from our company. After meeting with the concrete distributor at her location, it was determined to be a bad batch of concrete mix. Our company agreed to redo her patio as the original contract. No where on our contract is stated that we are responsible for septic or landscaping, as we dont provide those services. There has been multiple email communications regarding the replacement of her patio, and also given an approximate date for our company to go back out and replace the patio. Unfortunately, Our approximate date is not satisfactory for *******************. Crack attack team is still honoring our original contracted work preformed, within our given time frame.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I never asked them to pay for the septic or landscaping the first time. In fact, I paid for that. Because their work has to be redone due to quality issues, I have to pay to have the septic company come out again so they can do the patio again and I have to repay for the landscaping that was done after they finished the patio and I shared my initial concerns and was brushed off. They have offered no compensation for the extra costs we will incur due to their quality issue.
As for the patio replacement, I have not been given a date, only a vague timeline that suggests my repair is of little priority to them and that causes me to lack trust that they will follow through on the solution. I have other projects that are halted due to the lack of timeline and prioritization.
Sincerely,

******************* was told on 4/25/22 that we are 2 1/2 months out. Which would be the end of June, early July. Our concrete season started May 1st. Again, ****************** was not brushed off nor her concerns ignored. We are unable to meet Mrs. ******** expectations of replacing her patio by the end of May. As I stated in my email sent to ******************* yesterday, we need 70 degrees and above weather and consecutive days of warm weather, and no rain in the forecast, to pour a proper stamped patio. As we know, ***** was full of cooler weather with a lot of rain, and May has not had consistent warm temperatures. I apologize that inconveniences *******************, but we stand behind our work and complete jobs with proper requirements for concrete flat work. Due to not being able to meet Mrs. ******** expectations, we emailed her and offered a refund. We have not received a response back.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:My patio was poured last Summer. I was told last Fall that I wouldnt be able to be poured in the Fall so it would be bumped to Spring. I should have been first on their list in May, not two and a half months out. It was above 70 degrees all last week. I should not have had to reach out, I should have been contacted to confirm dates. The delay and lack outreach or urgency suggests a lack of prioritization, ownership or concern. I have verbally accepted the full refund but seeing as I have not yet received the refund and was told it could take up to 60 days, this matter is not resolved until I have the refund in hand. I lack trust in their promises at this point.
Sincerely,
