On Aug 15th 2022 I signed a lease for a 4b/4ba apartment and moved in on Aug 18th, 2022. When coming to the apartment the unit was not cleaned and was filthy and dusty, we only had 2/4 beds available , the balcony door would not open and the maintenance could not open it, the air filters were filthy (which is bad because I have bad asthma and allergies), dresser was not assembled, and things were left in the apartment from previous people. I have expressed numerous times to them that we do not have all that we paid for and I want a price adjustment to reflect what they have not done because the unit was not ready, they have refused and still have not done what was requested, even after filling out a maintenance request on Aug 30th, 2022 and the only thing they came and fixed was half of the blinds needing replaced and then considered the work order completed even though the majority was not. They stated that their shuttle bus services were down on Sept 15th and that they would not be able to get the beds until it was fixed. The bus shuttle has been running for 2-3 weeks and nothing has been addressed or done even after my constant complaints. I have emailed them and called multiple times and nothing is really being done or fixed. I am not paying full price for an apartment that isn't what I paid for or was promised on the lease.
