On may 20 2024 midas did not tell me of a $159.95 diagnosis fee.I need to get that fee refunded.Business response

THE CUSTOMER DID COME TO THE ********************** SHOP TO GET HIS TRUNK LOOKED AT AS IT WAS HAVING ISSUES, WE TOLD HIM THERE WOULD BE A DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $159.95 TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT, INFACT HE TOLD US THAT THE ***** DEALERSHIP WAS CHARGING MUCH MORE. THERE WAS A SECOND MANAGER PRESENT AT THAT TIME ALSO. HE TOLD US TO GO AHEAD AND THE TECHNICIAN PROCEEDED TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE. HE TESTED THE ***** AND WIRING ALSO THERE IS A ***** ATTACHED SO THE TECHNICIAN PUT A PROBE TO CHECK THE POWER GOING TO AND FROM IT AND FOUND THAT THERE IS SENSOR ATTACHED TO THE ***** WHICH WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. THIS ISSUE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLVED WITH A VIISUAL INSPECTION, IT NEEDED MORE THAN THAT. WE GAVE THE CUSTOMER THE ***** FOR THE PART BUT AT THAT TIME HE DID NOT WANT TO GO AHEAD. THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS FOR THE LABOR FOR THE TECHNICIAN AS HE TAKES TIME TRYING TO DIAGNOSE AND TEST TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT THE CUSTOMER COMES IN FOR. HE PAID BY CREDIT CARD AND LEFT.

I am rejecting this response because:
EMPLOYEE AT MIDAS FAILED TO TELL ME OF A DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $159.95 BEFORE HE DIAGNOSTED THE PROBLEM.HE IS LYING OF HIM TELLING ME BEFORE THE DIAGNOSIS I WOULD HAVE NEVER GONE THERE IF I WAS THERE WOULD BE A $159.95 DIAGNOSTIC FEE.HIS PRICE FOR THE REPAIR WAS OVER $600.I THEN TOOK MY VEHICLE T0 MASTERTECH IN ******* AND THE ***** BILL WAS $294.00 WITH NO DIAGNOSTIC FEE.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT MIDAS AGAIN HE IS A LIAR AND THIEF AND NEEDS TO ADMIT THAT FACT AND RETURN THE $159.95 DIAGNOSTIC FEE
